Ruben Cabrerra aka Rube ZIlla is a street art legend in Colorado and beyond who is known for his distinctive style. With family origins from NY and Puerto Rico, he is an illustrator who completes large scale murals drawing inspiration from the numerous cities he’s lived and performed in. Rube has collaborated with Timbuk2 and Next Harvest. He also works with local Skateboarders customizing decks by Zoo York and Element. He wrote music and created film projects for nearly a decade before beginning his career as a painter.
Rube Zilla has collaborated across the cannabis industry. In 2019 he dropped the Hightimes Coloring book and has been the face of cannabis - street art ever since.
His ZZZ's design is called Pot Heads and features one of Rube's most iconic designs. It comes on our 1.25" booklets.
