Hemp Drinks at the Game : The United Center in Chicago has partnered with hemp-derived THC beverage brands Señorita and RYTHM to sell drinks to guests 21+ at concerts and live events. Both brands are owned by RYTHM (formerly Agrify), with Green Thumb Industries handling manufacturing and distribution. Garden Dispute : Delaware North, owner of Boston's TD Garden, is suing a local cannabis dispensary called "The Boston Garden" for trademark infringement, claiming the name could confuse customers. Interesting Number : Major marijuana multistate operators collectively owe over $1.6 billion to the IRS under Section 280E, with Trulieve, Curaleaf, and Verano among the largest debtors. Companies have withheld payments hoping for retroactive relief from federal rescheduling, but the IRS has firmly rejected that argument. Art as Protest : The anonymous collective The Secret Handshake installed a 12-foot statue near the U.S. Capitol depicting Trump and Epstein in the iconic Titanic pose, titled KING OF THE WORLD.
